1st National Day of Social Medicine

SIME, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and the Italian Federation of Medicine Societies – FISM, of which it is a member, is proud to promote the 1st National Day of Social Medicine.

Prevention and the social aspect of the discipline have always been very Important for SIME. Especially in recent years, in fact, Aesthetic Medicine has intensified, alongside those patients who experience moments of great physical and social stress and discomfort, no longer relating exclusively to blemishes. For example, we draw attention to cancer patients or women who are victims of abuse and violence.

The date is the 23rd of December 2021, a day that also marks the opening of an important support tool made available by SIME for fragile patients: the establishment of a dedicated contact center that everyone can reach out to, in case they need to express doubts and ask for any clarification by sending an email to medicosociale@lamedicinaestetica.it
